Common issues
A destination stays incomplete
Confirm the selected asset, network, destination type, and any memo or destination tag shown by the receiving service. AddressGuard will not guess missing transfer context.
A QR or pasted address does not match
Stop the transfer and copy or scan both destinations again from their original sources. A mismatch result is intentionally blocking.
Purchase restore
Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen after installing on a device signed in with the same Apple ID.
