Check iOS camera permission for AddressGuard, then restart the app and try scanning again.

Saved address is missing

Trusted addresses are a Pro feature and are stored locally on the device. They do not sync to another phone.

Purchase restore

Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen after installing on a new device with the same Apple ID.
