Common issues
Insights show demo data
Insights need at least 7 scored days before real correlations appear. Demo examples are clearly labeled until then — log your energy score daily to unlock real insights.
Apple Health data not showing
Check that BioStreaks has Health access enabled. Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → BioStreaks and confirm Sleep, HRV, and Resting Heart Rate are allowed. Health access is optional and BioStreaks works fully without it.
How to cancel Pro
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BioStreaks to manage or cancel.
