What the app stores
The current DIY Home Guide MVP stores saved jobs, checklist progress, uploaded preview images, and Plus-intent taps locally in your browser or on your device. SideEye Labs does not receive that local app data from the static MVP.

What email requests send
If you choose to send a Plus interest email, your email app sends the job category, selected feature interest, timing, source/referral tags from the URL if present, and any non-sensitive context you typed to hello@sideeyelabs.io. Do not include addresses, phone numbers, payment data, photos, emergency details, credentials, or private home information.
Analytics and payments
There is no checkout, subscription, account system, or hosted product analytics in the current MVP. If analytics or payments are added later, this policy and the product copy must be updated before launch.
Safety boundary
DIY Home Guide provides educational guidance for simple home maintenance only. It is not emergency support, licensed trade advice, structural advice, electrical advice, plumbing advice, gas advice, or a substitute for hiring a qualified professional.
