Agreement
By downloading or using Plate, published by SideEye Labs Pte. Ltd., you agree to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Plate provides
Plate reads menu text, estimates calorie and macronutrient ranges, and ranks dishes using preferences you provide. Results are estimates, not guarantees. Restaurant recipes, portions, oils, substitutions, and preparation methods can materially change nutrition.
Not medical advice
Plate is not a medical device and does not provide medical, allergy-safety, or dietary advice. If you have a severe allergy or medical condition, confirm ingredients directly with restaurant staff and follow guidance from a qualified professional.
Plate Pro subscriptions
Plate Pro offers auto-renewing subscription plans. The App Store shows the available plan, exact local price, subscription period, and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, or at the end of an offered free trial unless cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
License and acceptable use
SideEye Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Plate on Apple devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Disclaimer and liability
Plate is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideEye Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or reliance on an estimate or recommendation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
