Common issues
A stamp was read incorrectly
Compare the scanned page with the recognized text on the review screen, then correct the country, direction, or date before adding it to your timeline.
A border crossing is missing
Use Add event for a manual crossing. Use Missing Exit Stamp when a country recorded departure electronically or did not stamp your passport.
Purchase restore
Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen after installing on a device signed in with the same Apple ID.
