By downloading or using any app published by SideEye Labs Pte. Ltd. ("SideEye Labs", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

License
SideEye Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
This license does not permit you to:
- Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit our apps
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on our apps
- Use our apps for any commercial purpose without our written consent
In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium content. All purchases are:
- Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
- Managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Billing, receipts, and refund requests are handled by Apple.
- Subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service
To manage or cancel subscriptions, visit Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our apps
- Circumvent or disable any security features or usage restrictions
- Use our apps in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Use our apps to harm, harass, or abuse others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or infrastructure
Disclaimers
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Not medical or legal advice. None of our apps — including GlowTrack — constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. GlowTrack is a personal wellness tool only and is not a medical device. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your health.
SideEye Labs does not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SideEye Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps.
Updates and Discontinuation
SideEye Labs may, at any time and without notice:
- Update, modify, or add features to any of our apps
- Remove features or content from any of our apps
- Discontinue any app, with or without notice
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in our apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, and software — are owned by SideEye Labs Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
