Common issues

UV or location looks wrong

Check that Location permission is enabled for GlowGuard. UV guidance is an estimate and should be corrected manually if your beach, weather, or shade conditions differ.

Progress photo does not match

Use the same pose, distance, and light where possible. The app helps compare photos, but lighting changes can affect the score.

How to cancel Pro

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → GlowGuard to manage or cancel.
