Privacy Policy

About Us
This Privacy Policy applies to all apps developed and published by SideEye Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "SideEye Labs"), including Amen Rhythm, Verses, Holy Tales, Heyday, Pride Night, GlowTrack, PubQuiz, and BJJ Timer.

What We Collect
We may collect the following data when you use our apps:
- Account information — your email address and name, if you choose to create an account
- Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated data about how you use the app (e.g. features accessed, session length). This data cannot identify you personally.
- Purchase information — records of in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment card details.
What We Do Not Collect
We are deliberate about what we don't collect:
- Health and cycle data — all health-related data in apps like GlowTrack stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers
- Precise location — we do not request or collect GPS or precise location data
- Contacts — we do not access your contacts or address book
- Advertising identifiers — we do not use any advertising SDKs or tracking pixels
Third-Party Services
Our apps may use the following third-party services:
- Apple — App Store distribution, Apple Sign-In (optional), CloudKit (for iCloud sync in some apps), and in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies to data processed through Apple services.
- RevenueCat — used in some apps to manage in-app purchase state and entitlements. RevenueCat receives anonymised purchase records only.
We do not use any advertising networks, social media tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics that identify individual users.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve our apps
- To process and manage your in-app purchases
- To respond to support requests
- To understand aggregate usage patterns and fix bugs
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account or personal data, we will process that request and delete your data within 30 days. To request deletion, email hello@sideeyelabs.com.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Right to portability — request your data in a portable format
- Right to object — object to certain processing of your data

Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Holy Tales is designed for family use, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@sideeyelabs.com and we will delete that information promptly.
Holy Tales does not contain advertising, and all content is reviewed for age-appropriateness (rated 4+).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you within the app.
